Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook meals in accordance with dietary and nutritional guidelines
  • Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met
  • Collaborate with dietary and kitchen staff to plan menus and accommodate special dietary needs
  • Maintain kitchen equipment and clean work areas thoroughly
  • Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
  • Uphold company values of passion, teamwork, caring, and accountability
  • Assist in training new kitchen staff and support the mentorship program
