Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 0 to 2 years of related cooking experience preferred
  • ability to work varying shifts with open availability preferred
  • strong attention to detail
  • ability to follow recipes and food safety guidelines
  • physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform kitchen tasks
  • reliable attendance and punctuality

  • 0 to 2 years of previous related cooking experience preferred

  • basic knowledge of food preparation and safety standards

Job Duties

  • Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special/catered events
  • read and follow basic recipes and/or product directions for preparing various food items
  • prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and/or operate a grill station
  • attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
  • perform additional duties as assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
