Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant kitchen experience
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Physical stamina to perform kitchen duties for extended periods
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and recipes

  • 2+ years of experience in a high-volume, full-service kitchen preferred
  • Strong knife skills and understanding of basic cooking techniques

Job Duties

  • Prepare and execute menu items according to recipe specifications and presentation standards
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation throughout service
  • Uphold proper food safety, sanitation, and storage procedures
  • Assist with daily prep, inventory, and kitchen organization
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth service
  • Follow direction from the Executive Chef and Sous Chef while bringing a positive, team-first attitude
  • Contribute to a culture of consistency, professionalism, and pride in craftsmanship
