Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a cook or in a similar culinary role
- Culinary school training or relevant certification preferred but not required
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties

- Ensure the kitchen is stocked with necessary ingredients and supplies maintaining inventory levels as needed
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop and test new recipes and menu items
- Decorate dishes before they are served to enhance the aesthetic appeal
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen adhering to health and safety regulations
- Manage multiple orders in a fast-paced environment ensuring timely and efficient service
- Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff as necessary
