Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to communicate effectively with others
- Commitment to making a positive impact
- Ability to stand and move for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
- Willingness to work in hot and damp conditions
- Ability to wear protective hand coverings and face masks for entire shift
- Ability to frequently wash hands throughout shift
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation environment is a plus
- Ability to communicate clearly and work as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to health and safety standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of food handling and safety practices
Job Duties
- Prepare a variety of menu items according to Applebee's recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and food preparation areas
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Follow all safety and health regulations
- Assist with inventory and stock control
- Support a positive and fast-paced work environment
- Ensure high-quality food presentation and customer satisfaction
