Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- ability to effectively communicate with others
- ability to stand and be mobile for up to four hours
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
- ability to work in a hot and damp environment
- ability to use small tools and equipment with finger and hand dexterity
- ability to wear protective hand coverings and face masks throughout shifts
- ability to frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous cooking or food preparation experience is an asset
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- team player with a positive attitude
Job Duties
- prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and equipment
- communicate effectively with team members and management
- adhere to safety and health policies including the use of protective gear
- assist with inventory management and stocking supplies
- support a positive team environment through cooperation and flexibility
- follow all company procedures and customer service standards
