Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years old
  • ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • capability to remain stationary and perform well-paced mobility for periods up to four hours
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
  • willingness to work in a hot and damp environment
  • ability to wear protective hand and face coverings throughout shifts
  • frequent hand washing with disinfectant soap
  • commitment to health and safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment is an asset
  • ability to communicate effectively with team members
  • strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • basic knowledge of food preparation techniques

Job Duties

  • prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and cooking areas
  • follow food safety and sanitation procedures
  • communicate effectively with team members and dining staff
  • assist in inventory management and stock rotation
  • operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment
