Job Duties
- Accurately review diet specifications and prepare foods close to serving times
- Ensure correct portions for each resident
- Organize workday and prioritize kitchen tasks
- Adhere to recipes and monitor food quality including temperature, taste, and texture
- Practice impeccable sanitation and safety standards
- Maintain kitchen equipment and follow daily cleaning schedules
- Handle communication professionally and contribute to a positive team environment
