Job Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to bend, reach, squat, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • Ability to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
  • Ability to work in a team environment with attention to detail and multitasking capabilities

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous cooking or food preparation experience preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to follow recipes and portion control guidelines
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments

Job Duties

  • Accommodate and stock preparation and line stations
  • Clean, disinfect, and organize kitchen area, equipment, and utensils
  • Check quality and freshness of ingredients
  • Prepare, season, and cook food according to recipes, specified amounts, and portion control systems
  • Inspect food preparation and serving areas as well as utensils and equipment to ensure safe and sanitary food handling practices
  • Substitute or assist other cooks and kitchen stations during peak periods
