Job Requirements

  • Is at least 18 years of age
  • Has at least one year of kitchen experience in a similar capacity
  • Is energetic, enthusiastic, and loves to work as part of a team
  • Is able to communicate effectively with managers and kitchen personnel
  • Is able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 40 pounds
  • Is able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 5 hours)

Job Duties

  • Provide excellent guest service
  • Understand and comply with standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen rules, policies, and procedures
  • Process and manage food tickets
  • Prepare, cook, and plate food orders, adhering to all company recipe and plate build presentation standards
  • Delight our guests by providing quality and timely prepared foods
  • Follow all sanitation guidelines and adhere to all safety procedures
