Job Requirements
- food preparation skills and knowledge of HACCP standards
- minimum of 1 year closely related cooking experience required
- preferred experience in high volume or fast casual dining
- knowledge of soups saute broiler fry and pantry
- ability to speak read and comprehend instructions and policy documents
- ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds
- ability to bend twist and stand to perform job functions
- frequent exposure to water chemical solutions sharp knives utensils and hot plates
- ability to work in hot environment

Job Duties
- follow recipes and product directions for preparing seasoning cooking tasting carving and serving food items
- communicate ticket times and potential problems to manager and servers
- perform station functions including fry flat top griddle pantry and cooking eggs
- clean and sanitize workstations and equipment
- operate kitchen equipment and measure mix ingredients
- stock date rotate and check temperature of products
- adhere to food safety and sanitation practices and comply with HACCP standards
