Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year dietary experience preferred
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work rotating weekends and holidays
- Physical stamina to handle kitchen duties
Job Qualifications
- One year dietary experience in a hospital, skilled nursing care facility, or related medical facility preferred
- Knowledge of current federal, state, and local food safety regulations
- Ability to prepare meals that meet established quality standards
- Strong teamwork and leadership abilities
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Customer service experience in a food service setting
- Basic understanding of cooking times and temperature requirements
