Job Requirements
- Minimum 1-year line cook experience preferred
- culinary degree preferred
- requires lifting capacity of 50 pounds and ability to lift items over head for storage
- may be required to lift in excess of 40 pounds on occasion
- scheduling may vary and include nights, weekends, and holidays
- must report to work on time and in uniform
- comply with company policies and culture

Job Duties
- Prepare and organize the station and cook all food necessary to start serving
- cook all orders quickly and according to order, ensuring food leaves the kitchen in peak condition
- learn menus, recipes, preparation, and presentation
- ensure all food is stored at proper temperatures according to state food safety requirements
- anticipate business volume and maintain food quality
- work with team members to ensure smooth operation of food production during shift changes
- enforce portion control, team member meals, and stock rotation
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the work area and personal hygiene
- report to work on time and in uniform, complying with company policies
- embrace company culture and comply with all policies and procedures
