Job Requirements
- Ability to work weekends and afternoon/evening shifts
- Reliable and punctual attendance
- Ability to follow instructions and recipes carefully
- Willingness to maintain a safe and healthy working environment
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods and perform food preparation tasks
- Compliance with food safety standards and regulations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 0-2 years of related cooking or food preparation experience beneficial
- Ability to follow recipes and food safety guidelines
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Adaptability to changing meal periods and client needs
- Basic knowledge of food handling and sanitation practices
Job Duties
- Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods, may include breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special/catered events
- Read and follow basic recipes and/or product directions for preparing various food items
- May prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and/or operate a grill station
- Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform other duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
