Job Requirements

  • minimum 1 year experience preferred in high volume restaurants
  • ability to work nights and weekends
  • physical ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
  • ability to lift, balance, and carry up to 40 pounds
  • compliance with all food preparation procedures
  • food handler certification

Job Duties

  • communicating with front of the house personnel to provide a dining experience that meets or exceeds each guest's expectations
  • observing each guest to ensure they are satisfied with the food, beverage and service, responding to additional requests
  • managing overall staff performance including morale, shopper reports, punctuality, and disciplinary issues
  • maintaining a clean, safe and organized workplace in compliance with all state, local and federal codes and regulations
  • working nights and weekends as required
  • following all food preparation procedures
  • ensuring the safety of all food served and stored
  • labeling, dating, and rotating food products to maintain freshness and safety
  • cleaning and maintaining equipment such as coolers, stoves, and ovens
  • working well in a fast-paced team environment
  • managing all service systems to safeguard property
  • assisting internal and external guests by placing requests and answering inquiries in a friendly manner
  • meeting guest needs and requests within designated time standards
  • following all proper safety and health measures
