Job Requirements
- must be fully conversational in English
- have 1 to 2 years culinary experience in a fast pace restaurant including quick serve, grilling, frying
- must successfully obtain ServSafe Certification or equivalent
- knowledge of cooking procedures, safety and sanitation
- able to lift 35 lbs or more
- able to support other cooks and work in a team environment
- able to work varied hours including nights, weekends, holidays, and inclement weather

Job Duties
- work in OTG's prep kitchens and or the line of one of OTG's fast casual concepts
- support the BOH by prepping many of the ingredients
- prepare food to the correct doneness, portion sizing and plating with identical contents and appearance for consistent presentation according to OTG specifications
- control the quality of all food items prepared to OTG specifications and restaurant directions
- maintain organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of work areas and equipment
- operate all kitchen equipment such as stoves, ovens, broilers, slicers, steamers, kettles
- ensure uniforms are clean and professional
- develop and maintain positive working relationships with others and work toward customer satisfaction
