Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Have a friendly and positive attitude
- Possess good communication skills
- Be punctual and reliable
- Be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Be comfortable interacting with customers
- If applying for a driver position, be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or food service is a plus but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and procedures
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
Job Duties
- Greet and serve customers with a friendly attitude
- Prepare food items according to company recipes and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen and dining areas
- Assist with delivery orders including safe handling and timely delivery
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Handle cash registers and process customer payments accurately
- Follow all company policies and procedures including health and safety regulations
