Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- ability to remain stationary and exert well-paced mobility for up to four hours
- physical ability to safely reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
- capacity to work in hot and damp environments
- ability to speak clearly and listen attentively
- possession of finger and hand dexterity for tool use
- willingness to wear protective hand coverings and face masks through entire shifts
- ability to use disinfectant cleaning supplies and frequently wash hands
- commitment to health and safety protocols
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in food preparation or cooking is a plus
- ability to communicate clearly and work as part of a team
- strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- basic knowledge of kitchen safety and hygiene practices
Job Duties
- prepare menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- communicate effectively with team members and dining staff
- adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines
- operate kitchen tools and equipment safely
- assist in stock management and inventory
