Job Requirements
- Be able to perform or learn essential job functions

- ability to reach overhead and into ovens
- reading comprehension for following recipes and instructions
- self-control to maintain composure under stressful conditions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in food preparation or restaurant kitchen preferred
- ability to follow standardized recipes and procedures
- basic math skills for handling cash and making change
- physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds
- ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- good communication skills for team interaction and customer service
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Job Duties
- Prepare food orders quickly and accurately according to customer specifications
- separate and organize items for each order based on dine-in, carryout, or delivery
- box or deliver orders as required
- prepare pizza dough, sauces, and baking items in advance
- operate kitchen equipment including ovens and dough proofers
- cut pizzas and prepare other menu items following standard recipes
- restock supplies and maintain clean and organized work stations
- operate cash register and assist with customer orders
- wash dishes and clean kitchen equipment
- follow safety and sanitation procedures
- respond to customer inquiries at counter and drive-thru
- clean and close down work area at end of shift
