Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to remain stationary and exert well-paced mobility for up to four hours
  • Capability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
  • Ability to work in hot and damp environments
  • Clear and attentive communication skills
  • Finger and hand dexterity for handling kitchen tools
  • Willingness to wear protective gear including hand coverings and face masks throughout the shift
  • Frequent hand washing with disinfecting soap
  • Commitment to health and safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in a food preparation or cook role is advantageous
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to operate kitchen equipment
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations
  • Follow food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Communicate effectively with team members and front-of-house staff
  • Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • Support team efforts to meet customer satisfaction goals
