Job Requirements
- must have vocational or technical training or equivalent experience
- minimum one year of relevant food service experience
- knowledge of food safety standards
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
- ability to work assigned schedules including weekends and holidays
- strong mental and emotional stability
- proficiency in computer use and communication
Job Qualifications
- vocational or technical training preferred
- completion of a food safety course preferred
- minimum one year experience in quantity food preparation or production
- previous experience in hospital food preparation highly preferred
- strong communication skills
- proficiency with computer applications including MS Outlook and Word
Job Duties
- prepare meals according to established production systems
- maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area
- collaborate with team members to ensure smooth food service operations
