Job Requirements

3+ years of line cook experience
Weekend availability on Saturdays and Sundays
Ability to stand for long shifts
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Passion for great food and teamwork

Job Duties

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
Set up, stock, and maintain kitchen stations
Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
Assist with prep, breakdown, and cleaning of equipment
Work as part of a fast-paced, supportive team
