Job Requirements
- Must have availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- previous cooking or kitchen experience preferred
- must be able to maintain consistency in food quality and presentation
- must be able to work on your feet for extended periods and handle a fast-paced environment
- must maintain a positive, team-focused attitude and a commitment to guest satisfaction
- food handler certification if required by state or local regulations, can obtain after applying

Job Duties
- Prepare, cook, and present menu items in accordance with company recipes and standards
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, prep stations, and storage areas
- follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures at all times
- assist with inventory, restocking, and rotation of ingredients and supplies
- operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- work collaboratively with front-of-house and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate orders
- support opening and closing procedures including setup, cleaning, and restocking
- communicate any equipment or supply issues promptly to management
