Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Knowledge of State of Ohio and Federal guidelines for food handling and storage
- Ability to function effectively in a high energy environment
- Ability to work independently
- Availability to work early morning hours and weekends
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Part-time availability for 20 to 24 hours per week
Job Qualifications

- Knowledge of State of Ohio and Federal food safety and storage guidelines

- Ability to work independently
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve meals to 200 plus residents according to meal schedule
- Ensure the kitchen area remains clean per Shelter House standards
- Coordinate meal service efficiently with Resident Aides
- Keep and store accurate documentation of temperature and menu track logs
- Ensure items are rotated and labeled upon receipt
- Restock kitchen and prep meals for subsequent shifts
- Provide good customer service to clients
