Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
ability to work flexible full-time or part-time schedules
willingness to follow food safety and sanitation standards
strong interpersonal and communication skills
ability to maintain a professional appearance
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
physical stamina to stand for extended periods
willingness to be a team player and maintain respectful relationships
legal authorization to work in the country

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in food preparation or restaurant environment preferred but not required
ability to follow recipes and food safety guidelines
strong communication and interpersonal skills
enthusiastic and positive attitude
ability to work well in a team setting
flexibility to work full-time or part-time shifts
basic understanding of sanitation and safety regulations

Job Duties

Prepares food according to specifications by using approved recipes, proper portioning, and food prep logs/tools
restocks front line with prepared product during peak volumes and in accordance with time and temperature
adheres to food safety standards and reports any questionable food deliveries or practices
maintains a positive attitude at all times
strives to exceed guest expectations
cooperates respectfully with management and fellow team members
monitors the quality of products and takes appropriate actions to maintain that quality
ensures personal appearance meets company standards and professionalism
recognizes and adheres to all sanitation, safety, security policies and procedures
performs other tasks as directed by management
