Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve food for patients, staff, volunteers, and visitors according to established policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with governmental regulations regarding food safety
  • Maintain safe and sanitary food preparation and service practices
  • Perform general cleaning duties including washing utensils, pots, pans, and work areas
  • May be cross-trained to work multiple shifts throughout the day
  • Assist in maintaining stock levels and proper storage of food items
  • Support the kitchen team in daily operations to ensure efficient service
