Job Duties
- Prepare and serve food for patients, staff, volunteers, and visitors according to established policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with governmental regulations regarding food safety
- Maintain safe and sanitary food preparation and service practices
- Perform general cleaning duties including washing utensils, pots, pans, and work areas
- May be cross-trained to work multiple shifts throughout the day
- Assist in maintaining stock levels and proper storage of food items
- Support the kitchen team in daily operations to ensure efficient service
