Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience as a cook in a food service environment
- availability to work a morning schedule including one weekend shift per week and holidays
- ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with cooking
- strong work ethic and reliability

Job Duties
- educate servers and residents about the secrets of each meal
- assist the Dining Services Director in building a dedicated culinary team
- develop personal relationships with team members and residents
- ensure understanding of all aspects of cooking, food preparation, and presentation among team members
- prepare high-quality meals with attention to presentation and taste
- work one weekend shift every week and scheduled holidays
- maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
