Job Requirements

Kitchen experience preferred but not required
Ability and willingness to learn all stations on the line
Ability to read and interpret business and technical documents
Basic mathematics skills
Ability to solve practical problems and follow instructions
Physical ability to stand for extended periods, bend, twist, and lift up to 50 pounds
Must be at least 18 years old
Must be able to work holidays and weekends
May require background check
Consistent physical activity required such as walking and bending

Understanding and operation of POS systems
Ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures

Job Duties

Prepare and cook menu items according to company recipes and quality standards
Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met
Accurately portion food orders to manage food costs
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and food preparation areas
Monitor and uphold safety protocols to prevent hazards
Collaborate with team members to promote a positive work environment
Operate POS system to assist with order processing
