Job Requirements

  • Kitchen experience preferred but not required
  • Ability and willingness to learn all stations on the line
  • Ability to read and interpret business and technical documents
  • Basic mathematics skills
  • Ability to solve practical problems and follow instructions
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods, bend, twist, and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must be able to work holidays and weekends
  • May require background check
  • Consistent physical activity required such as walking and bending

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to company recipes and quality standards
  • Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met
  • Accurately portion food orders to manage food costs
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and food preparation areas
  • Monitor and uphold safety protocols to prevent hazards
  • Collaborate with team members to promote a positive work environment
  • Operate POS system to assist with order processing
