Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- Capacity to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift
- Ability to work well in a team with attention to detail and multitasking capability
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior cooking experience in a restaurant or food service setting is advantageous
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to follow recipes and portion control guidelines

Job Duties
- Stock and supply preparation and line stations
- Clean, sanitize, and organize kitchen area, equipment, and utensils
- Check quality and freshness of ingredients
- Prepare, season, and cook food according to recipes, indicated quantities, and specifications while maintaining portion control systems
- Inspect food preparation and serving areas, as well as utensils and equipment, to ensure compliance with safe and sanitary food handling practices
- Substitute or assist other cooks and kitchen positions during peak periods
