Job Requirements
- must meet minimum age requirements and be authorized to work in the united states
- ability to bend, reach, stoop and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- capacity to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
- ability to work in a team environment with attention to detail and multitasking ability
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous cooking experience in a restaurant setting is beneficial but not required
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

- flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- accommodate and stock prep and line stations
- clean, disinfect and organize kitchen area, equipment and utensils
- check quality and freshness of ingredients
- prepare, season and cook food according to recipes, specified quantities and portion control systems
- inspect food prep and serving areas, utensils and equipment for safe and sanitary food handling practices
- substitute or assist other cooks and kitchen positions during peak periods
