Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- kitchen experience preferred but not required
- ability and willingness to eventually learn all stations on the line
- must be able to work holidays and weekends
- employment may require background check
- position requires consistent activity such as walking, bending, and lifting
- ability to perform each essential duty
- ability to operate POS system

- basic mathematics
- ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
- ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
- ability and willingness to eventually learn all stations on the line
Job Duties
- ensure optimum guest experience
- hold team accountable for quality, consistency, and upkeep of sanitization standards as set forth by company and state regulations
- practice an ownership mentality with an emphasis in motivation and teamwork
- maintain highest levels of quality and presentation
- accurately portion all orders to ensure low food cost
- ensure areas are free from hazards that would potentially injure staff or guests
- address and immediately correct any practices that lower safety standards
