Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years old
  • kitchen experience preferred but not required
  • ability and willingness to eventually learn all stations on the line
  • must be able to work holidays and weekends
  • employment may require background check
  • position requires consistent activity such as walking, bending, and lifting
  • ability to perform each essential duty
  • ability to operate POS system

  • ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
  • ability and willingness to eventually learn all stations on the line

Job Duties

  • ensure optimum guest experience
  • hold team accountable for quality, consistency, and upkeep of sanitization standards as set forth by company and state regulations
  • practice an ownership mentality with an emphasis in motivation and teamwork
  • maintain highest levels of quality and presentation
  • accurately portion all orders to ensure low food cost
  • ensure areas are free from hazards that would potentially injure staff or guests
  • address and immediately correct any practices that lower safety standards
