Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- minimum of 1 year of closely related cooking experience
- knowledge of HACCP standards
- experience in a high volume and casual dining restaurant environment preferred
- food knowledge pertaining to soups, saute, broiler, fry, and pantry
- ability to speak, read, and comprehend instructions and policy documents
- ability to converse comfortably with customers
Job Duties
- prepares cooked foods according to recipes and product directions
- performs all station functions including fry, flat top griddle, pantry, and cooking eggs
- communicates ticket times and potential problems to managers and servers
- provides high quality service to customers and associates
- cleans and sanitizes work stations and equipment
- operates kitchen equipment and handles ingredients
- stocks, dates, rotates, and checks temperature of products
