Job Duties
- Prepare to order food items following standard recipes and procedures
- grill, deep fry, bake, broil, and garnish foods such as hamburgers, sandwiches, french fries, chicken strips
- take orders from customers and cook foods requiring short preparation times according to customer requests
- complete orders from steam tables placing food on plates and serving customers at counters or tables
- prep assigned items
- prepare beverage specialties following standard recipes
- maintain cooking line in a clean, sanitary and safe manner
- stock or restock items on line according to menu needs
- other duties as assigned by management
