- must be at least 18 years of age
- must be able to read and follow recipes
- good organizational skills
- open to varied work schedules and hours
- ability to lift, push, pull, or carry objects up to 40 pounds
- ability to stand for several hours and walk long periods
- must be a team player
- certification on specific equipment such as band saw, buffalo chopper, meat tenderizer, mixer and potato peeler after hiring
