Job Duties
- Prepare and cook scratch-made Texas food following established recipes and quality standards
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and safety in compliance with health regulations
- Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, and prep stations efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate food preparation and delivery
- Adhere to portion control and minimize food waste
- Participate in training and development programs to improve cooking skills
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
