Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Prepare food by operating kitchen equipment to measure and mix ingredients, wash, peel, cut, and shred fruits and vegetables, trim and cut meat, poultry and fish for use
  • check pars for shifts and determine necessary preparation, freezer pull, and line setup
  • note any out of stock items or possible shortages
  • assist in preparation, production, and service of special functions
  • filter oil in deep fat fryer daily
  • assist in storing food upon deliveries and rotate containers as required
  • set up, operate, clean, and sanitize all kitchen equipment safely
  • perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
