Job Duties
- Prepare food by operating kitchen equipment to measure and mix ingredients, wash, peel, cut, and shred fruits and vegetables, trim and cut meat, poultry and fish for use
- check pars for shifts and determine necessary preparation, freezer pull, and line setup
- note any out of stock items or possible shortages
- assist in preparation, production, and service of special functions
- filter oil in deep fat fryer daily
- assist in storing food upon deliveries and rotate containers as required
- set up, operate, clean, and sanitize all kitchen equipment safely
- perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
