- provide nutritional support and dietary care to patients

- participate in food preparation and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- assist in educating patients and staff on nutritional information
- model proficiency by precepting new healthcare team members
- contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on patient safety and quality
