Job Duties
- prepare guest selections according to set recipes and brand standards
- present food attractively on plates
- maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
- honor guest requests for special orders
- correctly call the wheel to coordinate kitchen operations
- clean, complete side work, and organize supplies as required
- monitor waste and food cost controls
- assist other team members without being asked
- provide total guest satisfaction
