Job Requirements
- Food preparation skills
- knowledge of HACCP standards
- minimum 1 year of closely related cooking experience
- experience in high volume restaurant environment preferred
- ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions
- ability to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
- ability to bend, twist, and stand for normal job functions
- willingness to work in hot and fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- minimum of 1 year of related cooking experience
- experience in high volume or casual dining environment preferred
- knowledge of soups, sauté, broiler, fry, and pantry cooking
- ability to read and comprehend instructions and policy documents
- effective communication skills with customers and coworkers
Job Duties
- Prepare cooked foods according to recipes and product directions
- perform all station functions including fry, flat top griddle, pantry, and egg cooking
- communicate ticket times and potential problems to manager and servers
- maintain highest quality service to customers and associates
- follow HACCP and food safety standards
- clean and sanitize workstations and equipment
- estimate food requirements and keep accurate production records
