Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to bend, reach, crouch and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- Capacity to stand for an 8 to 12-hour shift
- Ability to work in a team with attention to detail and multitasking ability
Job Qualifications

- Prior cooking experience in a restaurant or similar setting preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to follow recipes and portion control guidelines

Job Duties
- Accommodate and stock preparation and line stations
- Clean, disinfect and organize kitchen area, equipment and utensils
- Check quality and freshness of ingredients
- Prepare, season and cook food according to recipes, indicated quantities and specifications while maintaining portion control systems
- Inspect food preparation and serving areas, utensils and equipment to ensure safe and sanitary food handling practices
- Substitute or assist other cooks and kitchen stations during peak periods
