Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Arrange and stock prep and line stations
- clean, sanitize, and organize kitchen area, equipment, and utensils
- check quality and freshness of ingredients
- prepare, season, and cook food according to recipes, indicated quantities, and specifications while maintaining portion control systems
- inspect food preparation and serving areas as well as utensils and equipment to ensure safe and sanitary food handling practices
- substitute for or assist other cooks and kitchen stations during peak activity periods
