Job Duties
- Prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and cold food items for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and catered events
- Read and follow basic recipes and product directions accurately
- Operate grill stations and prepare food for a la carte service
- Attend scheduled shifts on time with reliable regularity
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Reduce food waste through efficient practices
- Assist with additional duties as assigned based on business needs
