- DOH accreditation or Safe Serve certification

Job Duties
- Contributes positively to the team environment
- understands and complies with standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen processes
- prepares, cooks and assembles all food correctly following standard recipes and special diet orders
- works closely with front of house teammates to ensure accurate and efficient food orders to achieve 10-minute ticket times
- preps ingredients for peak trade times
- builds relationships and communicates effectively with back and front of house teams
- stores food properly and safely, marking dates and items
- plans food production to coordinate with meal serving hours
- follows all procedures and meets food hygiene regulations
- receives and unpacks kitchen and food deliveries
- maintains a clean and hygienic workstation including tables, shelves, grills, ovens and refrigeration equipment
- closes the kitchen properly and follows closing procedures
- reports equipment and food quality problems to General Manager
- maintains grooming and uniform guidelines
