Job Description

Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Ability to work long periods remaining stationary and exerting mobility
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
- Ability to work in hot and damp conditions
- Ability to wear protective hand coverings and face masks throughout the shift
- Ability to handle disinfectant cleaning supplies safely
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous cooking or kitchen experience is a plus
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to maintaining safety and hygiene standards

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to company standards
- Communicate effectively with team members and dining room staff
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- Follow safety and hygiene standards strictly
- Lift and handle items up to 50 pounds safely
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced and sometimes hot environment
- Wear protective gear including hand coverings and face masks as required
