Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- able to carry products/boxes and miscellaneous weighing no more than 60 pounds
- able to operate register
- able to handle product preparation
- able to listen to and communicate with guests
- able to kneel and follow proper lifting procedures
- able to perform product preparation, stocking and inventory
- able to lift to open and close doors
- able to reach for prepared product and serve guests
- able to see during all activities
- able to stand while serving guests and training
- able to stoop to pick up supplies and trash
- able to communicate with fellow team members and guests
- able to handle raw or uncooked products
- able to frequently wash hands to maintain food safety standards

Job Duties
- Greet guests to make them feel comfortable and welcome
- take guests' food orders and handle cash and credit transactions
- assist the management team in creating a great place to work and delivering memorable guest experiences
- show passion for food by keeping up with product knowledge
- demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
- check food quality and food temperatures throughout the day to ensure freshness and safety
- monitor speed of service to meet guest expectations
- ensure the restaurant is welcoming and clean
- prepare food for guests
- resolve guest recovery issues
