Job Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age requirements and be authorized to work in the United States
  • ability to bend, reach, crouch, and lift up to 30 pounds safely
  • capacity to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
  • ability to work collaboratively with a team with attention to detail and multitasking skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous cooking experience in a restaurant or food service setting preferred
  • knowledge of food safety regulations

Job Duties

  • Accommodate and stock prep and line stations
  • clean, sanitize, and organize kitchen area, equipment, and utensils
  • check quality and freshness of ingredients
  • prepare, season, and cook food according to recipes, specified quantities, and portion control systems
  • inspect food prep and service areas along with utensils and equipment to ensure safe and sanitary food handling practices
  • cover or assist other cooks and kitchen stations during busy periods
