Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirements and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, crouch, and lift up to 30 pounds safely
- capacity to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
- ability to work collaboratively with a team with attention to detail and multitasking skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous cooking experience in a restaurant or food service setting preferred
- knowledge of food safety regulations

Job Duties
- Accommodate and stock prep and line stations
- clean, sanitize, and organize kitchen area, equipment, and utensils
- check quality and freshness of ingredients
- prepare, season, and cook food according to recipes, specified quantities, and portion control systems
- inspect food prep and service areas along with utensils and equipment to ensure safe and sanitary food handling practices
- cover or assist other cooks and kitchen stations during busy periods
