Job Requirements
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
- at least one year of prep or line cooking experience
- DOH accreditation or Safe Serve certification
- ability to stand for long periods
- capability to lift up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- Contributes positively to the team environment
- understands and complies with standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen procedures
- prepares, cooks and assembles food items accurately following recipes and special diet requirements
- works closely with front of house to ensure timely and accurate food orders
- preps ingredients for peak trading periods to meet 10-minute ticket times
- builds relationships and communicates effectively with back and front of house teams
- stores food safely and plans production to maintain food quality, temperature and appearance
- receives and unpacks kitchen and food deliveries
- maintains a clean and hygienic workstation and kitchen equipment
- follows closing procedures and reports issues to General Manager
- maintains grooming and uniform standards
