Job Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of cooking experience required
- POS user experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as needed
- Current Food Handler's Certificate required
- Current ServSafe Manager's Certification or ability to attain within first 90 days

- Experience using POS systems
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Current Food Handler's Certificate
- Ability to obtain ServSafe Manager's Certification within 90 days if not already certified
Job Duties
- Prepare meals for residents guests and associates ensuring quality and seasonal freshness
- Maintain excellent sanitation and cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service and kitchen operations
- Use POS systems accurately for meal preparation and inventory tracking
- Adapt to flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays
- Comply with food safety standards and company policies
- Assist with inventory management and kitchen organization
