Job Requirements
- Must be able to perform multiple tasks while maintaining standards in a high volume, fast-paced environment
- Must produce items exactly according to recipe
- Must follow food handling and sanitation procedures
- Must be able to read guest orders
- Must be able to hear kitchen, window person and/or manager requests in loud background noise
- Must be able to stand, move and walk for entire shift
- Must be able to bend and stoop frequently
- Must be able to lift and carry sacks and cases up to 70 lbs., up to 20 times per shift
- Must be able to work frequently in hot and damp environments
- Must be able to occasionally work in extreme cold temperatures
- Must be able to use hands 99% of the time

Job Duties
- Prepare a wide variety of foods according to recipe requirements
- Ensure all prepared food meets TGI Fridays food safety and quality standards
- Place expo-ready food in the window using appropriate zoning standards
- Comply with all food safety rules, laws, protocols and standards
- Keep the kitchen clean and organized
- Stock and set up rotation for the station
- Communicate ticket times and potential problems with service staff, kitchen staff and managers
- Complete assigned prep work
- Operate and maintain kitchen equipment properly
- Clean and sanitize throughout the shift
- Ensure proper rotation of all products and stock products to par
- Requisition products on a timely basis
- Assist with line checks and adherence to sensitivity guidelines
- Keep supervisor informed of any problems or unusual matters
