Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 4 to 5 years of previous customer service and culinary experience
- Ability to work a full-time schedule Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 2:00 pm
- Ability to follow safety and food handling protocols
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including standing for long periods
- Must be able to adhere to company policies regarding safety gear and proper food storage
- Effective communication skills
- Must work well in a team environment
Job Qualifications

- Knowledge of federal, state, and corporate food safety standards
- Ability to operate and maintain kitchen equipment

Job Duties
- Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions
- Serves meals or prepares for delivery using correct portioning and ensuring food is at the correct temperature
- Uses established ticket collection procedures during service and maintains records
- Cleans kitchen after preparation and serving, maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Stores or discards excess food according to safe food-handling procedures
- Keeps refrigerators and storerooms clean and ensures proper food storage
- Operates and maintains kitchen equipment
- Assists in production planning, record keeping, and ordering of food and supplies
- Reports maintenance needs and attends safety meetings
- Maintains good working relationships with coworkers, customers, and management
- Performs job safely and maintains a clean, safe work environment
- Ensures proper presentation, portion control, and follows HACCP standards
- Adheres to company policies and safety protocols including use of protective gloves and slip-resistant shoes
- Performs other duties as assigned
